The 1st Senior National Drop Roball Championship was held from 24th to 26th December 2009 in Janjgir-Champa, Chhattisgarh. This landmark event marked the beginning of a national journey for the sport of Drop Roball, bringing together passionate athletes from across the country.
In a spirited display of teamwork and skill, Haryana emerged as the champion, securing the 1st position, followed by Chhattisgarh in 2nd place, and Madhya Pradesh clinching the 3rd spot.
